Mark Hughes is a leading expert in global food ingredient marketing and a recognized thought leader in new communication models including content marketing and B2B social media. His firm, Anderson Partners Food Ingredient Marketing, works with major ingredient marketers like Chiquita Brands, CSM Bakery Solutions, ConAgra Foods and Land O’Lakes Global Dairy Ingredients. During his 30-year career in the industry, Hughes has worked on iconic food branding initiatives including “Pork—The Other White Meat” and “The Milk Mustache” campaign, as well as successful new ingredient product launches. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and an active member of the Research Chefs Association and the Institute of Food Technologists.
Deb Murray joined the Anderson Partners team in 1996. As director of client services, Deb oversees the agency’s account service and media departments. She believes a marketing strategy is essential for any advertising campaign; it is the only way to ensure clients receive the most benefit for their advertising dollars.
With more than 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, Deb has worked closely with clients on a variety of trade products and brands. Her experience includes Culturelle, Godfather’s Pizza, School-Link Technologies and ConAgra Mills.

Dan joined the Anderson Partners team in 1999. He is creatively passionate about our clients’ brands and is also a grounded, strategic business thinker. Dan is responsible for a wide variety of creative services including concept and brand development, print and digital design, and production direction for the agency. As director of creative services, Dan leads the creative department for all of our clients.
Senior Account Manager/ Public Relations
Liz Bloyd is well-versed in global food ingredient marketing and works with clients such as Ardent Mills, Chiquita Brands, Land O’Lakes Global Dairy Ingredients and CSM Bakery Solutions on developing strategic marketing communications plans that utilize newer communication platforms such as content marketing and B2B social media. She also oversees trade media public relations for Anderson Partners Food Ingredient Marketing clients and attends key industry trade shows. She is a regular contributor to our food ingredient marketing blog and social media channels. Liz is also an active member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and is an editor for the IFT Marketing and Management Division’s content newsletter.
As an account manager at Anderson Partners Food Ingredient Marketing, Elizabeth Murphy coordinates the movement of projects throughout the agency departments. She assists in developing project briefs and timelines for client assignments and works closely with all team members to ensure effective communication throughout a project’s completion. Elizabeth is also a member of the proofing and quality control team.
Meg Shea is the media contact for Anderson Partners Food Ingredients and brings several years of experience in planning, negotiating and placing media for online, TV, radio and print. Focusing on added value with each media placement, Meg has experience in buying and placing media across major national and Midwest markets.
